Boudoir from the Hôtel de Crillon, designed by Pierre-Adrien Paris in ca. 1777–80. The hotel was originally a mansion at 10 Place de la Concorde in Paris, but this interior was sold to a family for their townhouse before being donated to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York in 1944.[4032x1816]
